GLADRAGS Day and Evening Parties
Gladrags is a LGBTQ+ club night in Nottingham. Hosted by drag legends Nana Arthole & Marilyn Sane, Gladrags is a space for the community to come together to dance, express yourselves freely and see a variety of performers from around the UK.
At Gladrags, you can see drag, burlesque, performance art, live music and DJs, both commercial and alternative, mainstream and underground. There is something for everyone at Gladrags!
During Pride daytime you will find Gladrags at our regular home of Rough Trade on Broad Street. From 12pm to 6pm, you can come in anytime for a dance, see performances and grab some refreshments. We have live music from the incredible Yay Maria & alternative hero Baby Tap, drag from Ms Classpergers, Axolotl Full Throttle & Plessie Beau and a speech from local MP Nadia Whittome. Gladrags DJs will play the best tunes from all genres throughout the day. Running times can be found on our social media. Free entry!
On Pride Night, Gladrags have a huge celebration at Metronome in city centre. Showcasing some of the best UK-wide drag & cabaret performances, there are two shows featuring 9 performers and 14 performances! You’ll be dancing to the best LGBTQ+ anthems, pop, electro, house & alternative the rest of the night. Tickets available via our socials.
